Deck and Sunroom

Insulation has been put in the sun room ceiling to keep it warm in winter and cool in summer. This room has excellent views and can serve as an office, sun room or third bedroom.

 

The deck is deep and spacious with deep eaves to give shelter from sun or rain. Excellent views to estuary, golf course, gardens and valleys.

 

North facing gets sun all day.

Since these photos were taken, the decking timber has been replaced, and strengthened.
